Depending on how you use Aloud, we may collect:

• Email address, if you join the waitlist or contact support.
• App preferences and affirmation progress, such as your selected affirmations, app settings, streaks, and completion state.
• Voice input while you are using the spoken affirmation feature.
• Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the app and website.

Voice and Speech Recognition

Aloud uses microphone and speech recognition access so you can speak your daily affirmation and receive real-time feedback. Aloud does not intentionally store voice recordings. Speech input is used to recognize your words and complete the affirmation flow.

Speech recognition may be handled by device or platform services, such as Apple speech recognition, depending on your device settings and operating system.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app experience, save your preferences, respond to support requests, send waitlist or launch updates you requested, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to track you across other companies' apps or websites. We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the website, email list, support, hosting, analytics, or app infrastructure.

Retention and Choices

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion of your email or support records by contacting us.

Children

Aloud is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
